Traditionally, mental health difficulties in the workplace have been principally viewed through two lenses: the performance lens and the clinical lens. Leaders manage behaviors and clinicians treat symptoms.

We are going to suggest a different way of looking at mental health.

As leaders, you need pragmatic information and to learn ways and tools designed to support those who are struggling, enhancing their ability to look after themselves and be part of a shift in organizational culture towards one that is more open and less stigmatizing.
