An anticipated discussion around the long-term workplace mental health implications of the pandemic.

Mental health experts, including MHI Founder, Stéphane Grenier, weigh in with their insights regarding the emotional and psychological challenges developed over the course of the pandemic which many will still be managing despite the forward momentum towards a “new normal”. 

Stéphane advocates a focused, proactive approach.  

“Don’t wait until the pandemic is over to start thinking about what to do, because it will be too late,” he says. “After the euphoria [of the pandemic’s end] – a couple of weeks, a couple of months – the mental-health crisis is going to click back into gear, and leaders of organizations who are thinking strategically are thinking about this now.”
